The ENTER master’s program aims to create highly qualified engineers specialising in maintenance, process, and chemical engineering for the raw materials sector in the East & Southeast Europe region.

In today's economy, technical education falls short of meeting the evolving demands of the engineering job market. Additionally, there is a growing need for new small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), particularly in areas such as spare parts handling, auxiliary services, and recycling.

Investment in startups or small-scale businesses related to mechanical and process engineering, particularly in raw materials, remains low. Moreover, there is a pressing need for outsourcing, expanding networks, and forming partnerships in East and South-East Europe (ESEE).

ENTER, a master's program, aims to:

• Avoid the brain-drain of local communities and promote a circular economy in the ESEE region
• Create highly qualified professionals or entrepreneurs specialising in maintenance engineering for the ESEE region
• Contribute to technological advancement and competence building in the ESEE region
• Support commercial know-how and technology transfer for subject-specific operations in the raw materials industry
• Encourage start-ups in the ESEE region

The ENTER program outlines the workforce requirements essential for process engineering projects within the primary sector of the raw materials value chain. It adopts a transdisciplinary approach, merging entrepreneurship with technology integration in raw materials engineering. A practical curriculum, fosters creativity, innovation, and a market-driven mindset. Students engage in hands-on learning and project-based methods, tackling industry challenges and refining processes.

With a commitment to diversity, the program welcomes students from varied backgrounds and expertise, particularly from RIS and ESEE countries. It responds to the growing demand for specialists in entrepreneurship and process integration across Europe. Additionally, the program offers mentorship, encourages student mobility among universities, and underscores the social and environmental aspects across different disciplines.

Double Diploma: The consortium will deliver a triple degree diploma to the graduates:
