    The Master in Creative Knitwear Design offers a unique experience in the world which puts students in contact with the Italian district of Knitwear Design of Reggio Emilia. The course is developed in collaboration with Modateca Deanna, an important center of documentation visited by designers coming from all over the world and which includes thousands of garments of prestigious and rare collections of the most famous Maisons and designers from Valentino to Jean-Paul Gautier, Chanel and many more. More than 40 partners collaborate in the Industry Projects, real projects that introduce students in the Fashion System and that ends with the presentation of their collection at Pitti Filati in Florence, an international event in which every year the excellence of Knitwear Design showcase their collections. Materials research, design, and technical development take place in the companies of the manufacturing district of Reggio Emilia with which the course is in partnership. Particular attention is also dedicated to the analysis of new trends, communication, and product placement. Napapijri, United Color of Benetton, Roberto Collina, Max Mara, and Ermanno Scervino are the companies that have worked with our students during the last edition of the Master.
