The course delves into the transformative power of leadership and seeks to answer the question of what makes a great leader and how individuals can aspire to become one.

In this two-week Summer Course in The Entrepreneurial Mind: Thinking about your Enterprise, students will learn what it means to be an entrepreneur from a psychological perspective. At the centre of a new venture, you find the entrepreneur working passionately on their vision of a new world, offering a solution to a problem. Their mindset, strategy, and vision of what is needed to develop their idea are at the centre of this course.

This course is about understanding, analyzing, and navigating the complexities of contemporary organizational life. Students learn to understand themselves, including their tendencies, and sharpen their ability to interact and communicate with others in ways that make them more effective at work;
