5 Food and Beverage Summer Course Programs

Focuses on communicative skills in the context of California's renowned wine culture. Emphasis on the language of wine using appropriate terminology, and interacting knowledgeably with restaurant and retail wine staff. Students must be 21 or older on the first day of class.

The program of the first week is focused on meat and meat products hygiene and second week includes subjects of milk and milk products hygiene. Practical and theoretical education, laboratory skills, trips to the farms, food companies and slaughterhouse. There is the option to attend only the first or second week of the course

A course in which you’ll use avant-garde culinary processes, tools and techniques to design creative gastronomic proposals with a sound concept.

We introduce you to various aspects of the hospitality industry through practical and theory-based workshops and company visits.
