7 English Summer Course Programs

The goal is to improve vocabulary, comprehension of written English, and standardized test scores through learning the Greek and Latin components of English. The focus is on patterns and processes in the formation of the lexicon. The terminology used in medicine, business, education, law, and humanities; introduction to principles of language history and etymology. Greek or Latin is not required.

UC Irvine DCE's Individualized Study Program (ISP) allows motivated domestic and international students over the age of 18 to meet and study at a Top 10 public university in small classes focused on Project- and Skill- Based Learning with flexible enrollment and study options.

University of Johannesburg English Language Programme (UJELP) is a series of intensive language lab sessions intended to introduce international students to the English language in all its aspects: speaking, listening, reading and writing. To fulfil this intention, the programme consists of three modules, in line with the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) (Council of Europe, 2001).

Beginner’s benefit from individual attention and constant encouragement, as well as learning to develop their basic tennis strokes. Intermediate players refine their strokes and learn how to use their strengths for competitive advantage. More advanced players also cover spin techniques, positional play, footwork and tactical awareness. All players play full-length games and learn the rules of the game, as well as receiving coaching in good tennis technique, sportsmanship and general fitness.

USC Gould's Summer Law and English (SLE) four-week intensive strengthen your English speaking and writing proficiency while helping you build a foundation for future legal studies in the United States.

This 2 week English programme can be delivered any time during the summer and winter seasons. It combines language learning and holiday opportunities and includes a variety of activities and project work.

Study at a UK University without the need for an IELTS score. MC Academy is delighted to have teamed up with De Montfort University, Coventry University, Greenwich University, and Bangor University, who have all agreed to accept our certificates as evidence of English level. This means that anyone applying to any of the aforementioned universities will not need to take a pre-sessional course or language test to meet the language requirement for entry.
