The Philippines doesnโt have a national application portal. Instead, you apply to individual schools. Thereโs no limit on how many schools you can apply to, but some schools do put a limit on how many programs you can apply to in one go.ย
To apply, you'll generally need to have the following:
- If English isnโt your first language, youโll need to present proof of your English-language abilities. An internationally-recognized test will meet this requirement.
- Youโll then need to send in your school certificates and any other transcripts that you might have.
- Youโll need to send a copy of your passport to prove your nationality.ย
- Youโll need a letter of motivation saying why you want to study that program at that school.
- Youโll also need two letters of recommendation.
If your documents arenโt in Filipino, English or Spanish, then youโll need a notarized translation into the language of tuition. If anything is wrong with your documents - no matter how slight - your application will be rejected in its entirety.ย
Upon acceptance, you can apply for your tourist visa and prepare for your adventure in the Philippines.ย
