Program description


The masters degree in chemistry at the University of Wroclaw in Poland is an in-depth education course in the field of Chemistry. Students are expected to have some basic skills in chemistry before beginning this education program.

The 2-year program in chemistry in Wroclaw aims to instruct students in two areas: Inorganic Chemistry and Organic Chemistry. Students are provided with a wide range of options regarding lectures and the path of education they wish to pursue within the field of chemistry. Modules of this education curriculum include:

  • Laboratory techniques
  • Chemical technology
  • Bioinorganic chemistry
  • Molecular magnetism
  • Elektromagnetic Radiation in Medical Diagnosis

Students are expected to have the basic chemistry skills obtained from the bachelor courses. At the beginning of the program, students choose one of two specializations: "Advanced inorganic chemistry and catalysis" or "Organic chemistry". In addition, they have opportunity to follow their individual interests by choosing among wide range of the optional courses.

Upon completing the masters degree in Chemistry, graduates are eligible to pursue a wide variety of professional careers within the field of chemistry.
