Program description

Discover Human Resources Management issues in a globalised context, learn through enquiry-based learning and gain valuable professional experience on a real-world consultancy project.

The main teaching approach on this course is enquiry-based learning, where you will learn different ways of thinking about a problem. This approach is designed to shape your mind professionally, preparing you for critical resolutions for problems you will be required to resolve in the workplace.

Study of this subject is vocationally focused, and you will enhance your employment prospects by building an electronic portfolio of HRM work to showcase to potential employers. CIPD Accreditation is in progress to offer greater prestige to the degree.

Although this course will prepare you to become an HR professional in the public, private or voluntary sectors, the skills and knowledge you will gain can open the door to many exciting roles in the professional world.

You may also wish to undertake postgraduate study to specialise in a subject you've already studied, or to explore something new.
