There’s no doubt that the covid-19 pandemic has heavily influenced people’s behaviour and choices, including those regarding student mobility and study abroad.
The University of Siena has made a great organizational effort to guarantee students and staff the best possible safety conditions while providing ample opportunity to take part in courses, study, research and work activities. We firmly believe that the University experience is complete only if it involves sharing spaces, opinions and emotions. We are equally certain that our students feel likewise, and we are committed to making this possible.
Nonetheless, during the pandemic emergency in addition to in-presence teaching, which continues to be the preferred method also in the next Academic Year, every single lesson will be simultaneously live-streamed and/or videorecorded and uploaded on our digital platform for subsequent viewing. This mode is essential for students who are temporarily unable to be on premises.
