University Master's Degree in Environmental Law

This university master's degree provides you with fundamental and specific knowledge on environmental law. It pays special attention to the different branches of the discipline and also deals with various non-legal subjects related to technical, geographic, economic and business aspects of the environment.

Admission requirements

Access Qualification

  • Official university degrees (Bologna or pre-Bologna) Law, Political and Administrative Sciences, Economics, Environmental Sciences, Journalism, Labour Sciences and similar subject areas.
  • Official university degrees or diplomas in Public Management and Administration, Labour Relations, Business Sciences and similar subject areas.
  • Degrees from higher education institutions of the EHEA whose qualification enables students to move on to a master’s program in the country of issue.
  • Degrees awarded by educational systems outside the EHEA and which have not been officially recognized if the university can determine
    • that the educational level attained is equivalent to that of the official Spanish university qualifications; and
    • that the student is entitled to enter postgraduate programs in the country of issue.

Tuition fees

Students with degrees from other countries will be charged an academic tax of €218.15 the first time they enrol only (price for course 2020-21).

Scholarships & funding

The URV Master's Grants are aimed at exempting full-time students newly registered on a master's course from registration up to a maximum of 60 ECTS credits. For those master's degrees consisting of 90 and 120 ECTS credits, there is the possibility that students may receive the grant in the second year.
