Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
By pursuing the Bachelor of Arts degree in human resource management at the University of Mount Union, you will gain an understanding of people and the workplace through the study of human dynamics, organizational behavior, staffing, compensation, and the hiring process from interviewing to the final job offer. You will also develop a strong business background though a variety of economics, accounting, management, and marketing courses as part of the human resource management major requirements.
