University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
Program description
Master's Degree in Hispanic-African Relations
Creation of this master's degree comes as a response to the need for specialised academic training in the scope of social, cultural and economic relations with Africa. The geographical position of the Canary Islands, which situates the islands as a border and place of transit with Africa, the existence of strategic plans on a regional and national level, and the excellent relations of the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria with African universities feeds this postgraduate course.
In addition, this masters degree is also available through OPEN ULPGC, allowing for distance learning classes to be taken anywhere in the world, without the student having to appear in-person at a ULPGC classroom. Only a computer with a camera and microphone is necessary.
