MA Curatorial Studies
This specialization offers you the opportunity not only to gain a thorough insight into the museum world, but also to work temporarily in an important museum in the Netherlands or Belgium.
The Conservator training is a one-year program, with the option of a subsequent internship of six months.During the master's year you can follow a study path in ancient art or modern and contemporary art and you learn everything about the backgrounds of museums and the work of curators.In addition, after the master's year, you will have the opportunity to follow a paid internship of six months at one of the museums that participate in the Conservator training: Museum Catharijneconvent and the Centraal Museum in Utrecht, the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, Museum De Lakenhal in Leiden, the Groninger Museum, the Frisian Museum in Leeuwarden and the Musea Brugge ea

Admission requirements
Dutch diploma
language test - Additional requirements English: A VWO diploma or a subject certificate for VWO English (mark 6 or higher), minimum requirement of TOEFL iBT 90 (with a minimum of 21 on all items), or IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum of 6 on all items). Cambridge C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency with a minimum score of 180.
