Students of the BSc in Chemical Engineering will learn much more than just the how and why of chemical reactions. Chemical engineers at the University of Groningen, for example, have developed a highly efficient plastic solar cell and are now getting it ready for large-scale production.

The Dutch Guide to Colleges 2013 has rated the Chemical Engineering BSc in Groningen number 1 of all similar programs in the Netherlands. Groningen is the only University where you can study both Chemistry and Chemical Engineering.
