Program description
This course aims to improve employability by concentrating on the practical application of accounting and finance theory. The content is designed to allow students to gain major exemptions from the examinations of the key professional accounting bodies in the UK (ICAEW/CIMA/ACCA/CIPFA) in order to enhance employability and potentially reduce the time to full qualification as an accountant.
You will have the opportunity to undertake a one year professional placement at the end of your second year. The placement aims to develop business skills and knowledge by the application of the theoretical to practical contexts.
Teaching takes place at the Queen's Park Campus.
