This course will enable students to gain a better grasp of behaviour viewed as problematic in schools and other educational institutions, know how to address such behaviour and develop the skills to improve aspects of provision designed to support improved behaviour and, hence, learning and achievement also. All the materials are available through the University’s web site so students will be able to study the whole course at a distance.
