This unique course is for students looking for a wide variety of forensic knowledge across many fields, enabling them to work in many areas within the criminal justice system. This course provides you not just with the theoretical and practical skills required of a crime-scene examiner, but also familiarises you with criminological and criminal justice theories. You will also gain an understanding of the different investigative techniques used by police and investigative services. Upon completion of the course, you will possess a range of transferable skills and techniques needed in the criminal justice system, which will place you ideally to gain employment in this sector. You may also be eligible to transfer to Year 3 of our BSc (Hons) Crime and Investigative studies degree should you successfully complete this course.
