Program description

Advanced Robotics

The University Master's Degree in Advanced Robotics is designed to promote a high-quality educational offer in the area of advanced and intelligent robotics. Upon completion of the programme graduates will have mastered the different areas of robotics (mathematical modelling, control engineering, computer engineering, mechanical design) in order to be able to deal with robotic systems as a whole rather than just focus on one particular area.

The career prospects for graduates are very good, as the proposed courses are relevant to today’s high-technology society and because the number of graduates leaving university is insufficient to meet the demands of industry and research programmes. Students may take the Master's as a professional terminal degree, or join doctoral programmes afterwards.

This is an inter university master's degree. The course is taught over two academic years. The student will spend the first year at one of the partner institutions (Nantes, Genoa or Warsaw) and the second year at the Universitat Jaume I.
