Program description

Study a summer Spanish program in Colombia

This summer Spanish course lasts 4-weeks in duration and is held in central Colombia. Students will learn the fundamentals of the language while enjoying the culture of the country. 

Structure

-Spanish Classes: Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 m.

-Culture Classes: 2 hours a week in the afternoon

-16 hours of class on Colombian and Latin cultures

-Latin dancing classes: 2 hours a week in the afternoon

What you'll get:

  • Cultural outings: once a week in the afternoons
  • Unlimited use of the “Studium” resources center
  • Airport pick-up
  • Homestay (Private room, breakfast, dinner, laundry service, TV, and internet)
  • Material for classes
  • Placement test
  • Certificate of completion of course with number of hours, dates attended, and level completed.

There is one cultural outing and a 2-hour Latin dancing class each week for students, free of charge. Special cultural outings may have additional costs. The University offers a portfolio of additional extracurricular courses with special prices for our Spanish students. These activities take place in the afternoons. Students have access to all the facilities and services of Universidad de La Sabana.
