Master's Degree in Food Safety and Quality
The Master in Food Safety and Quality is designed to train graduates in health sciences and sciences in the control of food safety and quality in agreement with domestic and supra-national legislation. This training will enable students to ensure food's quality and hygiene by learning how to create, implement, apply and certify procedures and techniques for nutritional, bromatological, biological and toxicological control of food as a final product.
This program is instructed by teachers who come from different fields of food safety and quality. The co-operation agreements with different companies and public institutions working in the food industry will give students the opportunity to discover standards, procedures and techniques that will supplement their training.
