Master's Degree in Chemistry

The Master's Degree in Chemistry is designed to add additional training for students who have a bachelor degree in chemistry. During this program students will get started in research by developing the abilities, skills and know-how related to chemistry and become aware of the new demands needed by a globalized market.

Students who complete this Master will have the knowledge and experience to acquire a job or enter into the field of research. They will also be eligible to obtain a PhD qualification by producing, submitting and defending a Doctoral Thesis. 

Admission requirements

  • Students wishing to enter should have a scientific-technical profile with a broad knowledge of chemistry. The recommended entry profile for the Master in Chemistry is that of graduates in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering. These students have the prior level of training required to enter the Mater and will not require any supplementary training
  • For other similar qualifications, the Academic Committee will study each application individually and they may, if necessary require students to study supplementary training that guarantees that they will have the minimum Chemical knowledge necessary to follow the master studies appropriately
