The Bachelor program Aviation is one of the most popular study programs globallysince the aviation field develops rapidly.Therefore, the demand for professional piloting and technical staff is continually growing.The study Program is implemented by the Institute in close cooperation with leading Latvian and International airline enterprises. Lectures are run by professionals with practical experience in the aviation industry and invited foreign lecturers. We offer to acquire in-depth knowledge and expertise; students can begin their professional activities during studies or after graduation. Computer Science: Software Engineering

The bachelor’s program in computer science is one of the most sought after bachelor’s programs in the world. Trained computer scientists with fundamental knowledge in computer science, higher mathematics and computer technology can independently adapt to professional work in the conditions of changing working environment. The program is implemented by the institute in permanent contact and close cooperation with leading Latvian and international IT enterprises. Lectures and practical classes are conducted by highly professional full-time academics of the institute and invited lecturers from abroad. This double degree Program is designed in cooperation with the University of the West of England (UWE). After two years of study, students obtain degrees from both universities, as well as a fantastic learning experience.

Double Degree in Aviation Management

This Double Degree program is designed in cooperation with the University of the West of England (UWE). After four years of study, students obtain diplomas from both universities, as well as a fantastic learning experience. According to British quality standards, there is a lot of group work and individual projects during studies. The study results will be evaluated not only by TSI lecturers but also by UWE representatives.

Double Degree in Computer Science: Artificial Intelligence

Jointly designed with our strategic UK partner University of West of England this study Program provides you with a unique opportunity to become an expert in a field of data analytics and artificial intelligence. The Program structure and all courses have been validated by the UWE Special University Validation Panel. The content of the Program is fully in line with international standards and industry demanded skills and knowledge, this becomes possible as we have carefully adopted the best and most demanded courses in the field from the UWE.

Double Degree in Computer Science: Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence

Master’s degree Program in Management Information Systems (MIS) cover both business and technology skills and is targeted on preparation of world-class specialists with deep knowledge in modern information and communication technology and utilization of technology in various contexts.Obtained knowledge and skills allows you to become a valuable link between developers of technology and users (community and business). During your study you will be able to enjoy our labs and get practice with our industrial robots from world-wide known brands Kawasaki, Kuka, ABB and Universal Robot and famous NAO, Khepera IV and Koala robots. Moreover during your study you will have an ability to choose one of following specializations: Industrial Robotics or Automated Systems.

Today in Latvia just like in the EU countries in general there is a great shortage of Information and Telecommunication Technology specialists. According to the research conducted by the Ministry of Education and Science of Latvia, the local institutions of higher education roughly turn out thousands of specialists a year although the employers need at least 1,500 of those!
