Their studies lead them to develop a fully elaborated, realistic business plan that is ready to be implemented after graduation. Bachelor students specialise in hospitality and entrepreneurship, and their Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business Management degree (in partnership with Washington State University, USA) leads them to develop a fully elaborated, realistic business plan for a successful debut in the hospitality industry.
For graduate students, the Master of Arts in Entrepreneurship for the Global Hospitality and Tourism Industry, provides a contemporary curriculum that prepares graduates to launch and maintain a sustainable and profitable business within a challenging global environment. The degree is awarded upon submission of a business plan/dissertation. The Master of Arts degree is accredited by the University of Derby, UK.
The brand-new Certificate in Wine Business Management offers a broad range of courses, including wine entrepreneurship and sustainable sourcing. The course is comprised of six modules, each spanning over two weeks. César Ritz Colleges is the only regional establishment to provide official accreditation from the world-renowned Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).

Le Bouveret campus
Our Le Bouveret campus is home to some of our Bachelor programme students. It is situated on the beautiful shores of Lake Geneva, just a five-minute drive to neighbouring France and close to the vibrant towns of Montreux and Lausanne. Le Bouveret offers students access to beaches on the shores of Lake Geneva and easy access to popular mountain resorts.
Our Lucerne campus, located in Lucerne city, the number one tourism destination of Switzerland, is together with the Brig campus the only two campuses of Swiss Education Group in the German-speaking part of the country. This campus also houses our Bachelor students, who enjoy a vast array of water sports on Lake Lucerne in the summer and trips to numerous ski resorts in the Swiss Alps in winter.
Master students, alongside final year Bachelor students, live and study at our Brig Campus, the largest German-speaking town in the Valais region. The campus is located within a one-hour drive from the famous ski resorts of Saas-Fee and Zermatt offering a variety of winter sports.
Le Bouveret campus
Le Bouveret is situated on the beautiful shores of Lake Geneva, just a five-minute drive from the French border and close to the vibrant towns of Montreux and Lausanne.
The entire campus is set in a magnificent 26,000 m2 lakeside location and offers a tranquil and secure study environment.
German-speaking Lucerne is the number one tourism destination of Switzerland. Students can enjoy water sportson Lake Lucerne in the summer and trips to numerous ski resorts in the Swiss Alps in the winter.

Brig is the largest German-speaking town in the Valais region. Brig’s charming cobblestoned centre is located within walking distance to the central train station where trains can take students to Bern in one hour or to Milan in less than two.

A shared campus
César Ritz Colleges Switzerland shares its campuses in Le Bouveret and Lucerne with Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland, a partner school under the umbrella of Swiss Education Group. In the same way César Ritz was able to partner and excel with French Chef Auguste Escoffier,students have regular opportunities to organise events and develop their hospitality skills alongside future chef entrepreneurs. This prepares students for their future employment where they would be required to work incross-functional teams.In addition, the campus in Le Bouveret is home to a brand new, state-of-the-art culinary arts facility, Apicius, where delicious meals are prepared and served by Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland students.
