César Ritz Colleges Switzerland (CRCS)
With an experience of over 30 years, César Ritz Colleges Switzerland offers Bachelor and Master degrees with a primary focus on hospitality, and multiple intakes throughout the year.
The programmes are inspired by the philosophy of César Ritz, founder of the famous Ritz hotels, and recognised as the pioneer of luxury hotels.
With hard work, innovation, flair, and a touch of class, César Ritz accomplished an unprecedented career in the hospitality industry and rose to legendary status. It is his tradition of luxury, excellence, and service that has set the standards for hotels and restaurants throughout the world.
Bachelor students specialise in hospitality and entrepreneurship, and their Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business Management degree (in partnership with Washington State University, USA) leads them to develop a fully elaborated, realistic business plan for a successful debut in the hospitality industry.
For graduate students, the Master of Arts in Entrepreneurship for the Global Hospitality and Tourism Industry, provides a contemporary curriculum that prepares graduates to launch and maintain a sustainable and profitable business within a challenging global environment. The degree is awarded upon submission of a business plan/dissertation. The Master of Arts degree is accredited by the University of Derby, UK.
The brand-new Certificate in Wine Business Management offers a broad range of courses, including wine entrepreneurship and sustainable sourcing. The course is comprised of six modules, each spanning over two weeks. César Ritz Colleges is the only regional establishment to provide official accreditation from the world-renowned Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
Additionally, close industry partnerships with global industry leaders, including the Ritz Paris and Switzerland Tourism, offer their guidance and experience to all students.
César Ritz Colleges Switzerland is comprised of three campuses: in the historic centre of Lucerne, at the lakeside in Le Bouveret, and nestled in the mountains in Brig. Bachelor students can choose between Le Bouveret and Lucerne for their first two years, before going to Brig for their final year. Master students are based full-time at the Brig campus.

Le Bouveret offers students access to beaches on the shores of Lake Geneva and easy access to popular mountain resorts.
Our Lucerne campus, located in Lucerne city, the number one tourism destination of Switzerland, is together with the Brig campus the only two campuses of Swiss Education Group in the German-speaking part of the country.
