The mining sector has become the engine of development both at the macroeconomic level and in regional economies in much of the world; the economy of many countries depends significantly on their smooth functioning.
A distinctive feature of the mining sector is that the implementation of strategies and the optimization of its value chain requires high- and medium-level planning for the proper management of important resources (economic, human and material) that are committed to the operations and investments of this industry.
By virtue of the above, in the mining industry it is necessary to strengthen the competencies in the management of the entire value chain to ensure the strengthening of social and economic development with global impact.
