Sustainable Coastal and Ocean Engineering
A new 2 years master course (Laurea magistrale LM-23) in Civil Engineering entitled Sustainable Coastal and Ocean Engineering will start at the new university branch at Ostia, just 30 minutes from the center of Rome, in October 2021.
The course will be held in English and is open to graduate civil and mechanical engineers worldwide. It will prepare modern civil engineers, with advanced knowledge of the coastal and ocean environments and able to find sustainable engineering solutions to foster the development of the delicate marine environment.

Main indications and procedures
The procedures for accessing the Bachelor's and Master's Degree Courses of the Department of Engineering are available on the University web site. Formal applications can be submitted through the web site starting from March 2021.
Admission requirements
In general the program is open to B.Sc. in Civil and Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of hydraulics/fluid mechanics/water wave theories are useful to successfully complete the program. B2 English level is required.
Early applications with fast admission feedback
Early applications can be evaluated. Please complete the form 'Request information' and you will be invited by email to submit your CV and B.Sc. exams list. These will be reviewed by a committee that will communicate in 1-2 weeks if the application can be accepted. Perspective students with positive feedback can then complete the procedure starting from March 2021, using the University web site as described above.
