Program description

Construction Management MS

Experienced construction management professionals wanting to advance into a leadership position would benefit from this Master of Science program. Students will develop their skills in a variety of areas important to construction management, including:

  • Leadership
  • Construction cost analysis and control
  • Construction operations management and productivity
  • Construction business development and growth
  • Client relationship building

All core courses are taught by lecturers with five or more years of professional experience within the field.

Admission requirements

Students wishing to apply for this program must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Have completed undergraduate course work in mathematics, physical and environmental sciense, statistics, business and management
  • Have completed a minimum of 3 credit hours of course work in each of the following areas: construction cost estimating, construction planning and scheduling, and construction project management
  • Submit official transcripts of previously completed undergraduate and graduate course work,
  • Complete a graduate application.

International students
