Labor Relations and Human Resources

Provide an interdisciplinary and integral knowledge, taking into account the legal, organizational, psychological, sociological, historical and economic perspective. of the provision and organization of work in the company.

Train experts through the acquisition of the necessary competences, skills and attitudes, both in the dynamics of labor relations, to understand the complexity and the dynamic and interrelated nature of the work, as well as in human resources, to collaborate in an effective organization of the work and management of the personnel in the company, attending to the processes of selection, hiring, formation, integration, promotion and motivation of the employees.

Train for the application of the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired, in its various fields of action in both the private and public sectors, with the aim of training professionals for job counseling, management and personnel management, work organization, management and mediation in the labor market, and defense before the social jurisdiction of labor matters.

Enable for autonomous learning of new knowledge and techniques.

Train to apply information and communication technologies in their different areas of activity.

Integrate in the formative itinerary of the degree knowledge and sensitivity towards fundamental rights, equality between men and women and opportunities, universal accessibility for people with disabilities, as well as the values of a culture of peace and democratic values.

Promote international mobility.

Train for access, with reasonable guarantees of success, to further specialized and postgraduate studies.

The requirements for access to the proposed title are according to article 16 of Royal Decree 1393/2007, modified by Royal Decree 861/2010, of July 2:

  1. To access the official master's degree programs, it will be necessary to hold an official university degree from Spain or another one issued by a higher education institution belonging to another member state of the European Higher Education Area, which will authorize access to university master education.
  2. Likewise, graduates may access according to educational systems outside the European Higher Education Area without the need for homologation of their degrees, after verification by the University that they accredit a level of education equivalent to the corresponding official Spanish university degrees and that they authorize in the issuing country the title for access to postgraduate education. The access by this way will not imply, in any case, the homologation of the previous title of the one in possession of the interested party, nor its recognition for other purposes than that of studying the Master's degree.
