In this program, students will learn the basics of general business administration and project management, as well as get a taste of what it is like to work in the business field. Structured lessons are used all through the course, which helps students improve their skills in the business field. In order for the student to be a valuable asset to any business or project in which they work, the course’s main goal is for them to show mastery of the business discipline while they are there.
Then, looks at how to make investments in the business and projects in a way that makes sense. How to follow proper governance; use processes for continuous improvement, and use analytics to help your business reach its goals. In this overview, we’ll talk about how to think strategically and how to put that into action. We’ll also talk about how to use data mining, dimension modeling, and the Life Cycle Model to think about strategic thinking, as well as how to use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and how to make them work for you. When making business decisions, you can use quantitative modeling tools and techniques to help. A high-level introduction to project management.

Admission requirements
Admission requirements for Undergraduate:
- Age: Minimum age 18 years
- Recognition of Previous (RPL) Study: All documents need to be certified / notarized. All non-English documents must have a certified and evaluated English translation attached to the application.
- English level: For non-English speaking students, TOEFL / IELTS or equivalent is required for students who did not study at English speaking school. The Admission Committee will also consider factors such as TOEFL/IELTS scores.
All PCiBS’ programs are conducted in English and all correspondence will be in English.
