Master in Management (Strategic Talent Management Track)

Driving organizational excellence requires the strategic utilization of human capital. The Strategic Talent Management Track integrates Human Resource (HR) Management and Organizational Development to prepare graduates for careers managing others, including as HR professionals.
Business knowledge is critical for success in Human Resources. By linking the MiM's integrated management course work with this specialization in Strategic Talent Management, and adding a professional internship, graduates will be competitively positioned not only for entry level HR roles, but also to advancetheir professional careers in global organizations.
Learning Goals of the Strategic Talent Management Track
- Understand the strategic role that human resources plays in organizational performance.
- Explore contemporary talent management strategies and practices that strengthen an organization's effectiveness and its ability to attract, retain and develop top talent.
- Apply organizational behavior and management tools to strengthen individual and team motivation, engagement, and performance.
- Integrate ethical practices into the management of human resources.
- Manage effectively in a global environment.
- Develop competencies in building interpersonal relationships and leading change.
Admission requirements
BACHELOR DEGREE
An undergraduate degree (Bachelor degree or equivalent) from a recognized college or university with a minimum of 180 ECTS in any field of study (engineering, social sciences, sciences, business, economics, arts, etc.).
BUSINESS BOOTCAMP
For students without a Business or Management background, a ‘Business Bootcamp’ will be required. Classes of the Business Bootcamp will contain 4 courses, including Statistics and Mathematics.
They will be followed online parallelly to the normal classes.
FLUENCY IN ENGLISH
If you are not a native English speaker, please provide proof of English proficiency: Transcript of your TOEFL Score (Minimum Requirement: Paper Based: 550, Internet Based: 85) or IELTS Score (Minimum Requirement: 6.5) – B2 Level.
If you are a native English speaker, or you have received a university degree exclusively taught in English, you do not need to submit proof of English proficiency.

SEMESTER 4
Paid internship/Master thesis
- The 6-month paid internship provides the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired throughout the degree.
Students may complete a master thesis instead of an internship.

Tuition fees
The Master in Management program tuition fee is EUR 9,000 per year. The combined total for the two-year program is EUR 18,000. Tuition fees do not cover the cost of textbooks.
