Master in Sport and Exercise Science
This 2-year Master’s degree programme in Sport and Exercise Science has been designed for sports enthusiasts, coaches and therapists who want to broaden their knowledge and skills in the fields of sport, training, performance analysis and health. As for our other study programmes, this Master of Science is accredited in accordance with the Bologna process of higher education and combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience.
Moreover, LUNEX offers an easy access to sports facilities and provide students with state-of-the-art equipment and laboratory classes to allow them to physically and practically experience training and testing situations.
Example of exercise and sports professions:
Sport and exercise scientist, Professional coach, Scientific team or Athlete support staff, Therapist, Consultant, Researcher or in a Management position.

Admission requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (EQF level 6) in Sports/Exercise Science or a related field of study (e.g. Physiotherapy, Kinesiology, Human Movement Studies, Physical Education)
- Alternative: undergraduate degree in natural sciences (e. g. biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics or computer science)
- English Language skills B2 Level (CEFR)

During 2 years, students deepen their knowledge and learn how to collect, analyze and interpret their results in a physiological, psychological, nutritional and biomechanical point of view in order to be able to assess and optimize the performance and health of athletes and/or patients.
