Quota has developed their COACH Sales Management Programme as either a stand alone programme, or a follow-up to the Quota experience. Studies show that even the best personal development programmes need follow-up and coaching in order for participants to get receive their maximum value.
The Quota COACH programme builds on competencies and skills that have been learned in the Quota Game experience. By attending both, people working in sales have the opportunity to ensure that they will be able to ensure continuous improvements in their sales process.
