Bachelor in Materials and Nanotechnologies
The bachelor program in materials and nanotechnologies is designed to deepen students knowledge in the ways various materials are created and applied in industry and contemporary high (micro-, nano-) technologies, and how characteristics of materials are researched, evaluated and changed.
Based on acquired knowledge of material composition, physics and chemistry, students are able to select suitable materials or production technologies, finding solutions for various engineering and technical issues. After half of the study period, you can choose one of the offered specializations: biomaterials or functional materials.

Specialists who understands the characteristics of modern materials and possibilities of their application, high micro- and nanotechnologies, creation, forming and application of new functional and biomaterials.

Admission requirements for the Bachelor's in Materials and Nanotechnologies at Kaunas University of Technology, Lithuania are:
- A senior high school diploma with a good average grade (min. CGPA>60%)
- Minimum average grade (CGPA) > 60 % in each entry subject: final school/state exams of Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics
- Proficiency in English: IELTS ≥5.5, TOEFL ≥75, CEFR ≥B2, or equivalent
