With musicians, film makers, game designers and more studying in the same location, the creative buzz on our campuses certainly extends beyond the classroom. Students relish in finding their tribe, people whose passions and interests match their own. Apart from JMC iconic events like our Martini Film Awards, Cassette Music Awards, regular schedule of industry masterclasses and gallery openings, our Student Representative Councils also organise film clubs, social events, and more. Our music performance students have a regular schedule of performance both on campus and in local venues, and these events are not only opportunities for industry experience (requiring audio, filming, event management and promotions) but are also great ways to spend a night out with friends and the extended JMC community.
