Our Bachelor programme in Computer Science is designed to equip you with the dynamic skillset required to successfully enter this area, where you will be at the forefront of such as innovative fields as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Digital Development, and more. Additionally, you’ll hone your professional profile through primers in related topics like Project Management and IT Law. With IU, you can study on campus or online. On campus our programmes are now available with two additional intakes, you can start in January, April, July or October.

Admission requirements

Academic Requirements:

  • Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate such as A-Levels, IB Diploma including your Transcript of Records.
  • Proof of eligibility to study at university in Germany.

Depending on your chosen program, academic level, and background, you might need to also take one of the following to make sure you are ready to study with us:

  • Bachelor Entrance Examination
  • Pathway Program

English Level:

  • Proof of English skills:
    • TOEFL (min. 80 points) or
    • IELTS (min. Level 6.0 out of 9 points) or
    • Duolingo English test (min. 95 points) or
    • Cambridge Certificate (min. B grade overall) or
    • Equivalent proof
  • If English is your native language or you graduated from an English-speaking school/university, you do not have to prove your English skills.
