Master's degree in Urban Studies (in Portuguese only)
The MSc in Urban Studies is a partnership between NOVA FCSH and ISCTE-IUL, conferring double degree. It is supported by Research Units of both institutions. The specialized and multidisciplinary training in urban studies aims to a) provide a theoretical-methodological apparatus for analyzing the dynamics of socioeconomic and urban change and the spatial forms associated with them; b) develop the capacity to understand socio-cultural diversity and current lifestyles; (c) to foster the mastery of planning and management tools that add efficiency and innovation to urban policies.
Information regarding COVID-19
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, the Portuguese government has temporarily closed all schools and universities from March 12th 2020.
In light of this, ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa will be suspending face-to-face classes and offering all programs remotely instead. For more information about this, please contact the university.
