Enterprise and Labour Law (in Portuguese Only)
Students of the Master's in Enterprise and Labour Law obtain a specialisation which enables them to perform the role of jurist or lawyer in entrepreneurial contexts, particularly in the areas of Tax Law, Commerce and Company Law, Labour Law and Human Resource Management. The master articulates specialized knowledge in the area of Legal Sciences with that of Management Sciences, through training modules on topics such as enterprise management, entrepreneurial negotiation, enterprise finance and accounting.
The faculty is highly qualified in the field of Enterprise and Labour Law, especially with regards to Commerce and Company Law, and maintains collaborations with qualified professionals in an extended international contact network.
In 2021, the Master's in Enterprise and Labour Law was classified by the Eduniversal Masters Ranking as the 34th best master's in the category "Business and Commercial Law" in Western Europe.

This MSc aims to deepen and enlarge students' knowledge in the area of Enterprise and Labour Law, especially Company Law and Labour Law, as well as provide a complementary training in the field of Management. The program is directed in particular towards those with bachelor's degrees in Law.
At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to pursue professional work in the area of human resources or as lawyers in the area of company law, especially in corporate law, as well as in labour law, commerical law, or fiscal law. In these roles, they may be placed in a law firm in service to a company or another organization. Furthermore, they will also be qualified to apply to the Center of Judicial Studies or a doctorate course in Law.
