Web Development Part-Time
This course is the same as the bootcamp program but is delivered in a flexible weekend format. Participants will learn about Javascript, MEAN Stack and HTML/CSS.
The course concludes with Hiring Week where participants will engage in mock interviews, coding challenges and they will meet prospective employers.
Course content
- Warm up: Developer Tools, Intro to HTML, Intro to CSS and Intro to Javascript.
- Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Algorithms, Git, Github, DOM, jQuery.
- Code a Game.
- MEAN Full-Stack: Node.js Framework, Express.js, Mongo Database.
- Full-Stack JavaScript.
- Microservice Architecture: API Design. REST, Angular2 Applications, AJAX, Web Services
Advanced topics. - Final Project
