Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences

Demand for information technology graduates exceeds supply in most economies – developed and developing. Whether you’re looking to study a wide range of IT modules or specialize in a particular IT niche, the globally relevant and recognized Bachelor of Computer and Information Sciences degree offered at IIE MSA can get you there.

This degree allows you to major in four single majors, Business Information Systems, Computer Networks and Security, Mobile Systems or Software Development. We also offer six double majors that is a combination of the four single majors, namely:

  • Business Information Systems & Computer Networks and Security
  • Business Information Systems & Software Development
  • Business Information Systems & Mobile Systems
  • Computer Networks and Security & Software Development
  • Computer Networks and Security & Mobile Systems
  • Mobile Systems & Software Development

Studies range from non-technical areas, such as organizational needs, to hardware, software, network and multimedia technologies. You will also learn the development and management skills needed to create and implement computer-based systems.

We prepare you with skills like advanced programming, software engineering, data management and information and network security, so that you leave IIE MSA armed with tools for success in your chosen career.

Students who continue on to the honours programme will polish their knowledge, preparing them for a more specialized career in the IT industry, further study or research.
