Our Bachelor’s study program in International Business Management (B.A.) will prepare you for a successful start to your career in a global world. All modules are taught in English to ensure that graduates are fully equipped to work for international companies based both in Germany and in other countries. In addition to the basic principles of business and economics, the program has a particular focus on intercultural management and digital transformation.

In this focus you will deal with management functions and strategies within international companies and organizations. You will also deal with international business relations.
International Market, Consumer, and Media Psychology (Shanghai)
If you choose this focus, you will learn about different market research approaches and methods. You will also deal with consumer behavior and media use from a psychological point of view.
International Marketing Management (New York)
As part of this focus, strategic as well as applied marketing management are on the program. You will also learn to implement and analyze internationally oriented marketing strategies.
International Finance and Accounting (New York)
The focus of International Finance and Accounting is on strategic, international accounting. You will also deal with global financial flows and the international financial sector.
International Human Resource Management (New York)
From employer branding to recruitment to personnel development - as part of this focus you will deal intensively with various areas and tasks of human resource management - with a special focus on internationally active companies.
International Organizational Psychology and Consulting (Sydney)
If you choose the major in International Organizational Psychology, deal with the field of industrial psychology. Among other things, you will be taught various consulting and coaching concepts and methods.
