Introduction to Customer Service
- Students will demonstrate knowledge of service management and customer relations skills, including customer service levels, service delivery systems and evaluating customer satisfaction.
- Students will correctly use components of Microsoft Office programs to create professional and academic documents.
- Demonstrate using the keyboard by touch, using correct fingering on letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Accurately construct effective documents pertinent to a job search.
Admission requirements
- Minimum ESL level 4 or above recomended
- GED or high school diploma not required, but recommended.
