Are you interested in the strategic management of organizations and companies? This specialization will equip you for a career in consulting, strategic planning or market analysis in the public or private sector.

*Please note this course is only available in French. Proof of French proficiency at an advanced level is required for admission

Have an advanced language level in French when submitting the application. If you have an intermediate-advanced level, you will have to follow an academic and professional writing course from your first session.

Many of the readings and reference materials are in English, so it is strongly recommended to have an intermediate level in this language.

Qualification

  • Integrative training favoring interdisciplinary approaches in the study of strategy issues and including notions related to organizational behavior, consultation, management, business ethics, entrepreneurship and innovation.
  • Acquisition of skills to support a process of reflection or strategic planning: identification of issues and strategic options, formulation of concrete recommendations and action plans, competitive intelligence.
  • Development of the ability to assess the risks and opportunities available to the company: external analysis, business opportunities, etc.
  • Professors whose expertise is recognized as much by the research community as by the business community.
