Qualification

  • Interdisciplinary approach to management and human resources management.
  • Development of skills in order to diagnose the situation and determine the best intervention strategies to guarantee the quality of life at work.
  • Knowledge to facilitate organizational development using cognitive skills and emotional and social skills.
  • Acquisition of methods for interpreting issues and intervening, in order to ensure optimal team performance and organizational development.
