Study a Bachelor's in Fine Arts in the Netherlands
You are at a crossroads in your life. Ahead a great many roads lead to multiple destinations. Which direction will you take? The bachelor of Fine Art will teach you to be a professional fine artist. An artist is driven by curiosity and the desire to create things that haven’t been seen before. He or she is inquisitive, eager and curious and has the ambition to take an autonomous position in the world of fine art. Do you recognise yourself in this profile and are you passionate about art? Do you want to work with your hands as well as your head and are you happiest making things? A Bachelor of Fine Art at Minerva Art Academy could be right up your alley.
Your future as independent fine artist
To become an independent fine artist, you need an open mind. You ask questions and you don’t take the world at face value. You want to learn to express your ideas in new and exciting ways. As an artist you want to show the world your ideas. During the program you work individually or with others in shared workshops. You create your own journey, making your way in the world of art.
Getting to know your craft
During this bachelor’s program you will learn to express your ideas, feelings and fascination in images, using different materials, techniques and media. Each time you ask yourself: what is it I want to say? What do I want the public to feel? You can use any medium you want: paintings, films or photographs, a spatial performance or computer simulation. We will teach you the skills you need to express yourself in whatever way you want. The imagination you need is yours to find.
You can apply through Studielink (digital application form). After applying you will receive an invitation for an admission test.
