Admission requirements
A secondary school diploma or international secondary school qualification at a level equivalent to the Dutch VWO secondary school diploma is necessary for admission. German applicants need to have the following diploma: Zeugnis der Allgemeinen Hochschulreife. All other diplomas will be evaluated by the Nuffic or Naric. All students must demonstrate sufficient command of the English language (minimum IELTS score of 6.0 with no sub-score under 5.5, or comparable score on another test like Cambridge or TOEFL) before commencing the Sport Studies programme.
To start this study programme you have to meet additional requirements. Please note that these are obligatory. After applying you have to do an online assessment, which
is organised in order to assess whether the ambitions, skills and expectations of the student match the content of the programme. This assessment consists of a video recording showing you in a sports-related group setting and will also include a personal presentation as well as a spoken reference. Furthermore you have to do a case study, make a presentation and write a motivational letter. Students admitted to the Sport Studies programme will need to undergo a medical sports test to assess their physical fitness.
