Program description

Master in Cyber Security

Cyber Security: a cornerstone for the information society

Cyber Security is a cornerstone for the continued expansion and acceptance of the information society while, at the same time, being a fundamental research discipline within computer science. Given the news coverage of cyber security issues in the recent years, the importance of the topic is self-explaining. Beyond enhancing existing systems, security technologies further enable new applications and have transformative effects on the society by redefining and challenging trust relationships and assumptions.

Research in cyber security strives to find solutions to pressing security problems in computer systems, networks and their applications, and lays the foundations for developing a secure information infrastructure for the future.
