Expert Diploma in French Pastry Arts - Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (ENSP)
This unique and intensive two-month training course is designed to help participants learn the fundamentals of traditional French pastry arts. Students will develop essential knowledge and techniques, from the preparation of basic doughs and creams to the creation of desserts.
