Bachelor in French Pastry Arts from Esteemed ENSP
This is the ultimate program for aspiring Entrepreneur-Pastry Chefs. Over the course of three years, students will acquire the knowledge, skills, and management competencies needed to succeed in the international pastry industry.
The first year forms the basis for pastry skills and knowledge. During the second year, courses are focused on various themes relevant to the pastry industry and the fundamentals of management. Both the first and second years include internships, and the final year sees students accumulate all their knowledge and know-how in a reflective and creative process.
Applicants will need to:
- Be 18 years old or more at the beginning of the first internship
- Holders of a French general or technology baccalaureate, or equivalent
- Pass the entrance examination
