Healthcare Management
The Clarkson MBA in Healthcare Management is designed to help students understand the complexities of the healthcare system and to manage health and health-related facilities more effectively. Our graduates establish highly visible and successful careers in hospitals, health systems, health insurance companies, medical practices, technology and consulting firms, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, and healthcare policy development institutions. Our MBA in Healthcare Management is one of only 28 programs in the country to offer dual AACSB and CAHME accreditation. Complete your healthcare management MBA on a part-time or full-time schedule, online or in a more traditional on-site classroom setting. On-site or online, you can keep working and earn your degree. Evening on-site classes are conveniently located on Clarkson’s Capital Region Campus in Schenectady, New York. And of course, online classes are available anywhere!

The MBA in Healthcare Management consists of 48 credits, which are used on seven core courses, seven advanced courses and two electives. Full-time students generally complete the healthcare management MBA program in two years or less, whereas part-time students generally complete the program in two to four years. Many students accelerate their completion through accepted waivers for courses completed at other schools.

Scholarships & funding
All students applying for Business School programs will automatically be considered for merit based scholarships and need not fill out a separate scholarship form. Tuition or course waivers may also be awarded based on undergraduate work.
David D. Reh School of Business Graduate Programs Scholarship Levels:
- Fellowship (3.3 GPA, 550 GMAT) - $10,000
- Dean's (3.5 GPA, 600 GMAT) - $15,000
- Presidential (3.7 GPA, 650 GMAT) - $25,000
- Trustees (3.9 GPA, 700 GMAT) - $50,000
*Students will be assigned the appropriate scholarship level based on the criteria listed. GRE scores can be considered for scholarship. All GRE scores are converted to a GMAT equivalent score to be evaluated.
Additional merit based scholarships may be awarded.
