Healthcare Data Analytics, Online
The input of healthcare employers, who have a demand for employees skilled in data analysis and modeling, led to the development of our MS in Healthcare Data Analytics program. The program is online and provides you with the skills to acquire, interpret and communicate healthcare data to shape the direction of the healthcare industry. As a graduate, you will be prepared to take positions in healthcare organizations that require you to analyze high volumes of clinical, administrative and financial data. Our graduates establish highly visible and successful careers in hospitals, health systems, health insurance companies, medical practices, technology and consulting firms, pharmaceutical and medical device companies and healthcare policy companies.

The MS in Healthcare Data Analytics program consists of 36 credit hours, 27 of which will consist of core healthcare and data analytics courses, and nine of which are open for electives that suit your interests. Students usually complete this program in one to two years.

Scholarships & funding
All students applying for Business School programs will automatically be considered for merit based scholarships and need not fill out a separate scholarship form. Tuition or course waivers may also be awarded based on undergraduate work.
David D. Reh School of Business Graduate Programs Scholarship Levels:
- Fellowship (3.3 GPA, 550 GMAT) - $10,000
- Dean's (3.5 GPA, 600 GMAT) - $15,000
- Presidential (3.7 GPA, 650 GMAT) - $25,000
- Trustees (3.9 GPA, 700 GMAT) - $50,000
*Students will be assigned the appropriate scholarship level based on the criteria listed. GRE scores can be considered for scholarship. All GRE scores are converted to a GMAT equivalent score to be evaluated.
Additional merit based scholarships may be awarded.
Continuing studies
The move to Electronic Medical Records has spurred demand for professionals who have the skills to analyze data and an understanding of public health issues. With high demand in healthcare, employment of management analysts is projected to grow 14 percent from 2014 to 2024, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
