Business Administration - Leadership & Management (2306)

The Business Administration, Leadership and Management program focuses on helping students identify and develop their leadership potential by becoming confident in decision-making, analysis, and management and leadership practices.

Students will enhance their ability to manage projects, find efficiencies, identify the best hires, and leverage their financial know-how into smart, innovative and strategic business decisions. Experienced and knowledgeable professors will help students fine-tune their business expertise and employability skills.

A Program Advisory Committee, consisting of a team of employers, provides input to ensure the program is up-to-date on business trends, new technologies, and employer expectations.

Admission requirements

Academic Requirements

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or mature student status (19 years or older)
  • English Grade 12 C or U, or equivalent (minimum grade required) or take the Centennial College English Skills Assessment for Admission
  • Mathematics Grade 11or 12 C, M or U, or equivalent (minimum grade required) or take a Centennial College Math Skills Assessment for Admission

Additional Requirements

  • English language proficiency

  • Develop and implement leadership strategies that influence business decisions and change management to leverage differences among people and workplace environments.
  • Develop and implement leadership and management strategies which influence various elements and processes within an organization in an ethical manner.
  • Develop and implement leadership and management strategies that inspire and leverage innovation and creativity within existing organizational structures.
